Demand Generation Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting both new and existing customers
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and develop lead nurturing workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
