Demand Generation Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide optimization insights
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
• Create compelling content such as blog posts, eBooks, and case studies to attract and convert leads
• Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and lead scoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing
• Demonstrated success in executing B2B demand generation strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
• Strong project management skills
