About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets and define ICPs for enterprise audiences like CIOs and CTOs.
  • Build and execute full-funnel multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and webinars.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators including CTR, CPL, MQL/SQL conversion, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and nurture flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, and nurture sequences.
  • Manage marketing automation, lead scoring models, and CRM data hygiene within HubSpot or Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating predictable enterprise pipeline.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Extensive experience managing full-funnel campaigns within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex campaign data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI, cloud, or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience running industry events or webinars.
  • Background in partner marketing with ecosystems like AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
