Responsibilities

• Drive online growth for a diverse range of B2B clients from strategy to execution
• Turn briefs into clear, actionable plans
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Independently lead projects, client discussions, and workshop presentations
• Take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with teams and clients

Requirements

• Relevant experience in B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environments
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English
• Growth mindset with a focus on testing new approaches and receiving feedback
• Proven ability to lead projects and client discussions independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing or content marketing
• Previous experience working at a marketing agency
• Deep expertise in B2B marketing
