About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and execute demand generation strategy across paid media, email, lifecycle, ABM/ABX, and integrated campaigns
- Make investment calls regarding channel allocation and prioritization to maximize pipeline impact
- Build account-driven GTM programs using AI-driven personalization and signal-based activation
- Set strategy for event programs including trade shows, field activations, and executive dinners
- Manage the end-to-end webinar program including content development and promotion
- Evolve the marketing stack by implementing AI tools, agents, and workflows
- Define KPIs and build full-funnel reporting connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and the website
Requirements
- 6+ years of demand generation experience at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
- Experience setting demand strategy and making channel investment decisions
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google
- Demonstrated experience leading Tier 1 events end-to-end
- Experience running webinar programs from content development to distribution
- Strong writing skills for campaign copy, email, and landing pages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into a defined, named-account market
- A clear point of view on the modern AI-native marketing stack
