Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities

• Set and execute demand generation strategy across paid media, email, lifecycle, ABM/ABX, and integrated campaigns
• Make investment calls regarding channel allocation and prioritization to maximize pipeline impact
• Build account-driven GTM programs using AI-driven personalization and signal-based activation
• Set strategy for event programs including trade shows, field activations, and executive dinners
• Manage the end-to-end webinar program including content development and promotion
• Evolve the marketing stack by implementing AI tools, agents, and workflows
• Define KPIs and build full-funnel reporting connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and the website

Requirements

• 6+ years of demand generation experience at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
• Experience setting demand strategy and making channel investment decisions
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google
• Demonstrated experience leading Tier 1 events end-to-end
• Experience running webinar programs from content development to distribution
• Strong writing skills for campaign copy, email, and landing pages

• Experience selling into a defined, named-account market
• A clear point of view on the modern AI-native marketing stack
