About the Company

Runlayer is a platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents, providing purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability for enterprises adopting AI. Having recently raised a $30M Series A, the team is scaling to help organizations deploy AI agents safely.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels
  • Own landing page strategy and production for campaigns and paid traffic, including ABM
  • Drive SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) as AI search becomes a core lead source
  • Run growth experiments across channels to find what scales
  • Own attribution, analytics, and pipeline reporting for marketing-sourced leads
  • Partner with PMM on campaign messaging and with sales on lead quality and handoff
  • Support field marketing with digital amplification

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand gen or growth marketing at B2B SaaS, infra, or developer tools companies
  • Proven track record building paid acquisition programs from scratch for high-ACV enterprise sales
  • Strong paid ads expertise across Google and LinkedIn
  • Data-driven approach with experience in attribution models and funnel analysis
  • Experience in landing page and conversion optimization
  • Understanding of SEO and AEO

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-ACV, technical enterprise sales motions
  • AI-native workflow habits (e.g., using Claude)
  • Experience with tools like Profound
