We are a lean, fast-moving team defining a new category at the biggest shift in marketing in 25 years.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, ABM, email nurture, SEO, SEM, webinars, and social
  • Diagnose and build high-efficiency demand channels from scratch to drive pipeline growth
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms
  • Leverage AI-native platforms for lead enrichment, intent signal processing, and campaign optimization
  • Build attribution models, pipeline forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on ICPs, lead scoring, and SLAs
  • Run disciplined A/B tests across creative, audiences, and channels
  • Document and scale repeatable playbooks across segments and buyer personas
  • Mentor and develop demand generation and marketing operations professionals as the team grows

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • Proven track record of building demand programs from scratch in high-velocity environments
  • Experience implementing and operationalizing AI-native marketing technologies
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, stage conversion rates, and channel ROI
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-conviction decisions
  • Strong communication skills to make performance data legible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers is a plus
