About the role
About the Company
Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high volume phone workflows. Our customers use us to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production.
Responsibilities
- Own the full demand gen funnel, from first touch to closed revenue
- Build and run HubSpot including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, reporting, and automation
- Define and instrument key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI
- Run end-to-end experiments including hypothesis, testing, measurement, and decision making
- Build nurture and onboarding sequences across pipeline segments
- Grow channels including SEO, paid, email, and partnerships
- Work with sales to sharpen the handoff and lift lead quality
Requirements
- 3-5 years of demand gen or growth marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Experience at an early-stage startup building functions from scratch
- Deeply metrics-focused with rigorous tracking habits
- Hands-on HubSpot experience including system setup
- AI native mindset using AI tools daily
- Strong individual contributor capable of shipping work directly
