Demand Generation/Inside Sales/POD Leader

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business
• Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with CXOs
• Lead demand generation teams and plan outreach within defined industries
• Collaborate with solution and consulting teams to position AI, Analytics, and Design-led offerings
• Lead proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions to successful closure
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership efforts

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, AI, or analytics
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new logos
• Strong enterprise networking skills and the ability to open doors within strategic accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Domain knowledge in TMT, Healthcare, BFSI, High-Tech, or Insurance is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or a relevant quantitative degree
