Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline acceleration
• Run rapid experimentation across new channels, messaging, creative, and landing pages
• Drive measurable pipeline and optimize for CAC, conversion, and velocity
• Analyze and report impact using data-backed recommendations
• Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to ensure tight feedback loops
• Help build and mentor the demand gen function as the company scales

Requirements

• 4-8 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
• Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to interpret funnel performance
• Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, or SQL
• Prior people management experience
