Demand Forecaster

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts based on customer and sales demand to ensure supply continuity
• Manage statistical forecasts, inventory demand plans, and align according to KPI metrics
• Create demand plans with account managers and customers to ensure sufficient allocation within a global supply chain
• Manage multiple SKUs with short life spans and execute New Product Launch and End of Life strategies
• Support the S&OP process to review KPI performance, sales, forecasts, and purchase plans
• Monitor and advise on issues presenting risk or opportunity to the organization
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning within a global supply chain environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP and WMS systems
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite experience
• Experience in the wireless industry
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong account management experience
• Experience with global supply chains in Asia
