Demand Creation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and manage HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers to act as a trusted advisor
• Provide complete culinary solutions based on customer needs and the UFS product portfolio
• Help customers increase revenue and operational efficiency in their establishments
• Drive new product listings and promote increased consumption of various SKUs
• Execute marketing-driven initiatives throughout the year
• Make financial profitability-based decisions and negotiate contracts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
• 2+ years of experience working within the Doha, Qatar market
• Educational background in Hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or hot & cold beverages
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Valid Qatar Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Proven experience in customer development and presentation
• Ability to deliver results with an owner's mindset
