Demand Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU-level replenishment and allocation strategies to maintain optimal in-stock levels.
• Forecast promotional lift sales and manage baseline inventory for various locations.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planners to define SKU entrance and exit strategies.
• Drive the identification and resolution of inventory opportunities from Distribution Centers to stores.
• Perform root cause analysis through exception reporting to improve inventory management efficiency.
• Partner with vendors in collaborative forecasting meetings to support promotional and secondary strategies.
• Monitor and achieve operational goals including inventory turnover and budget targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in replenishment buying and/or store operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven expertise in extracting and analyzing data from databases to drive recommendations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and business problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
