About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as functional SME for all Costpoint modules including AP, AR, GL, project setup, billing, and payroll
- Prepare and maintain documentation including requirements, specifications, and process flows
- Configure and maintain Costpoint System Admin Module and establish Project Codes
- Lead evaluation, escalation, and resolution of defects with Deltek
- Work with technical SMEs to monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors
- Evaluate scenarios and execute test plans including unit, system, and integration testing
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides
- Ensure processes meet DCAA, audit, and security practices
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Costpoint support and administration
- 2+ years of experience with Costpoint Extensibility
- 2+ years of experience with Data Migration
- Experience with Cognos is required
- Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Understanding of Costpoint and Deltek T&E databases and underlying infrastructure
- Experience with system upgrades, planning, design, and audits
- Ability to translate functional requirements into application solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Costpoint Contracts and Subcontract modules
- Experience with EDI, Cargowise, SmartView, or Oracle
