About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead on-time delivery initiatives and own OTD reporting to drive measurable performance improvements
- Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 Delivery Specialists, setting goals and coaching for execution
- Strengthen vendor partnerships to elevate accountability and reduce delivery variability
- Identify, refine, and scale daily operational processes and design systemic improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local operations, vendor management, demand planning, and inventory management
- Use SQL, dashboards, and Google Sheets to guide strategic and operational decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing two or more direct reports
- Proven experience communicating with and managing external vendors or partners
- Proficiency with data tools including Excel, SQL, and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
