About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-time delivery initiatives and own OTD reporting to drive measurable performance improvements
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 Delivery Specialists, setting goals and coaching for execution
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships to elevate accountability and reduce delivery variability
  • Identify, refine, and scale daily operational processes and design systemic improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local operations, vendor management, demand planning, and inventory management
  • Use SQL, dashboards, and Google Sheets to guide strategic and operational decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing two or more direct reports
  • Proven experience communicating with and managing external vendors or partners
  • Proficiency with data tools including Excel, SQL, and dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
