Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery operations to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure on-time order completion.
• Handle and resolve operational delivery issues as they arise.
• Monitor delivery performance and prepare detailed operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams to streamline workflows.
• Improve delivery efficiency to reduce delays and operational costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in delivery operations and team supervision.
• Hands-on experience with the Deliverect system and aggregator application setup.
• Proven experience working within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
