Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport operations for all sales channels including hospitality delivery, scheduled deliveries, and web orders
• Control orders and supervise invoicing upon completion
• Analyze, organize, and modify delivery routes while monitoring truck departure and delivery times
• Review truck loading operations daily, checking functionality, profitability, cleanliness, and refrigeration equipment
• Coordinate a team of 4 to 10 people, fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements

• High school diploma, Vocational Training, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar responsibility role within distribution, warehouse, or logistics
• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or POS systems
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Driver's license and own vehicle for commuting
• Ability to work night shifts from Monday to Saturday, including holidays
