Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure operational excellence
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers and routes
• Ensure accurate deliveries and maintain high standards of customer service
• Plan and schedule company transport vehicles to maximize revenue and minimize downtime or excessive overtime
• Monitor driver performance and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure safety issues and repairs are addressed promptly
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to fulfill daily sales requirements

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in delivery or distribution
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL A license
