Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery route personnel and manage logistical routes
• Conduct client visits to follow up on product deliveries and maintain customer service standards
• Manage load balancing and monitor client portfolios
• Oversee the maintenance of delivery units and vehicles
• Generate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, routes, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma (Certificate required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
• Proven experience in route supervision and logistics management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with Pivot Tables)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience driving 10-ton trucks
• Availability to travel and work a flexible schedule
