Delivery Station Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Warehouse Associates and contingent workforce to meet quality and safety standards
• Oversee logistics package sort operations, including unloading, sorting, and allocation of freight
• Use company technology and systems to make operational decisions and ensure safety
• Conduct team huddles to maintain engagement and open communication
• Perform dispatching functions and provide coverage for the Logistics Hub Manager
• Monitor and evaluate safety, cost, and quality indicators
• Ensure security of hub facilities, vehicles, and inventory
• Implement process improvements to operate a lean facility

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or transportation management preferred
• Must be at least 22 years old
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug, MVR, and background checks
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or crouch daily
