Delivery Station Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics and business performance to ensure efficient last-mile delivery
• Set long-term strategic plans (3, 6, and 12 months) with a focus on peak-season readiness
• Manage and motivate a large team of leaders, providing coaching, feedback, and development support
• Contribute to operational budget planning, including financial and labor requirements
• Protect high standards of operational Health and Safety across the site
• Drive initiatives to boost quality, safety, and productivity while mitigating operational disruptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience performing data analysis in manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, retail, or grocery environments
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders in a management role
• Fluency in Business English, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or experience working for Amazon or an Amazon subsidiary
• Bachelor's degree specifically in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Logistics
• Experience managing third-party resources on a regional or national scale
• Proficiency with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
