About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and through email
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to resolve delivery issues
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approach problems logically to ensure appropriate customer outcomes
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for up to 12 hours

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience understanding and developing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working as a brand ambassador for a recognized consumer brand
