Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in organizing picking activities for the Delivery Back End/External Picking team based on orders
• Manage stock shortages by finding suitable substitutes and communicating with Sales Representatives or Customers
• Support the DM in coordinating packing and goods preparation for shipment
• Assist the DM in route planning and coordinating transport provider needs
• Ensure correct invoicing of goods and preparation of transport documents

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of product assortment and customer needs
• Understanding of commercial KPIs and sales techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work shifts and on holidays
