Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise all delivery operations at the platform to ensure compliance with established processes and objectives
• Guarantee compliance with company quality and safety levels
• Monitor operational profitability by controlling key KPIs and proposing improvements
• Supervise billing processes and administrative management of orders and documentation
• Control operational processes including order preparation, reverse logistics, packaging management, and dispatch
• Plan last-mile delivery transport routes for customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar operational roles
• Experience in last-mile platforms, logistics operators, or warehouse management
• Availability to work the night shift (01:00 to 09:00)
