Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operator operations and coordinate with key teams like Commercial Delivery, Procurement, and Purchasing
• Analyze and manage service KPIs, developing dashboards and leading action plans for optimization
• Ensure stock control and inventory quality for strategic customers, ensuring precision and availability
• Oversee execution of operational processes and exit audits, including quantities, expiration dates, and merchandise condition

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations supervision and management
• Experience in the food sector, preferably in multi-temperature environments and HORECA clients
• Experience in assortment management, rotation analysis, service level KPI tracking, and cost control
• Intermediate-advanced level of Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis tools
• Ability to commute to Quer (Guadalajara) as the location is difficult to reach via public transport
