Delivery Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases to drive onboarding and healthy consumption
• Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production or go-live status
• Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production
• Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals
• Develop execution plans covering enablement, product adoption, and operational governance
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, customer health, and product adoption to technical leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python or Spark
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value to specific project deliverables
• Experience in technical program or project management
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 30%
