Delivery Settlement Clerk

Responsibilities

• Supervise and settle delivery routes upon their return to the branch to maintain the integrity of company assets
• Validate that all settlement documentation is correct and report any procedural incidents to ensure process compliance
• Verify the correct handling of returns and cancellations by operators against invoices and the Control Tower (Nadro Delivery)
• Control the intake of materials used during the delivery process by validating received quantities against established controls
• Focus on requesting complete settlements and reporting incidents, including settlements for Ubictum / 3PL clients

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and balances
• Experience in cash and supplies management
• Proficiency in settlement documentation
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP
