Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday HCM Conversions

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday data conversion solutions.
• Translate conversion requirements into detailed mapping specifications, transformation logic, and load strategies.
• Oversee conversion development activities including EIBs, Workday Web Services, and Studio.
• Manage conversion cycles, defect resolution, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with functional leads, client data owners, and integration teams to resolve data issues.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and quality reviews for junior practitioners and offshore team members.
• Support project management through status reporting, risk identification, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM conversions.
• 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end Workday HCM conversions.
• 1+ years of experience with data loading into Workday HCM.
• Active Workday Pro Data Conversion and Data Loading certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel up to 10% for client or project purposes.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
