Delivery Senior Consultant, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and technical solutions aligned to business and mission needs
• Translate functional and technical requirements into application features, system enhancements, and production-ready code
• Support system integration, defect resolution, performance improvement, and application maintenance activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and client stakeholders, to deliver project milestones
• Contribute to solution documentation, sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities across the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of software engineering, application development, or systems implementation experience
• 2+ years of experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
• 2+ years of experience in software development lifecycle delivery using Agile or Scrum methods
• 1+ year of experience with application testing, debugging, and production support
• Ability to travel 0-20% on average

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting government or public sector programs
• 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• 1+ year of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
• 1+ year of experience with APIs, system integration, or microservices architecture
