Delivery Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and external partners/vendors for the seamless execution of PV and ESS projects across Italy.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including supply chain, logistics, on-site testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, update plans, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover certifications and progress reports.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Mandatory C1 level proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spanish or Chinese languages.
• Technical curiosity regarding renewable energy markets and product portfolios.
