Delivery Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day delivery activities and manage project workstreams for enterprise and institutional client solutions
• Plan and track project activities, including tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Support solution definition and deal shaping by providing input on scope, sequencing, risks, and feasibility
• Coordinate delivery activities across Engineering, Product, Integration, and client teams to ensure alignment
• Track delivery progress, risks, and issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting artifacts
• Facilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Support testing, go-live activities, and operational readiness coordination
• Ensure all delivery activities comply with governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or solution implementation
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure environments
• Proven track record of managing technical delivery projects in complex, regulated environments
• Familiarity with modern delivery environments, including cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery streams and priorities
• Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, or custody platforms
• Experience working with core banking or financial market infrastructure systems
• Background in consulting, system integration, or managed services
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certifications
• Proficiency in French or Italian
