About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the adaptation of IT infrastructure to meet new EU AMLR regulatory requirements within Corporate Banking and KYC
- Coordinate program delivery, manage stakeholders, and oversee risk management processes
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Track SDLC progress within Scrum processes and customized large-scale frameworks (similar to SAFe)
- Support non-engineering tasks such as Business Analysis or testing when capacity allows
Requirements
- Several years of experience delivering IT programs within the Banking or Finance sectors
- Proven experience in regulatory, compliance, or KYC-related projects
- Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills
- Proficiency in SDLC tracking and Scrum methodologies
- Basic Product Management skills
- Fluency in German (B2 Upper Intermediate) and English (C1 Advanced)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Software Developer
