Delivery Principal

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives and large-scale business transformations.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with clients and internal teams.
• Drive project execution by coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and guiding teams through agile ceremonies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and design to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to align priorities.
• Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and contributing to client proposals.
• Mentor consultants and project managers while contributing to the evolution of delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing executive stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience serving Public & Social Impact organizations (state/local government, education, nonprofit, or healthcare).
• Direct experience delivering programs for Health & Human Services (HHS), Medicaid, or related human services programs.
