Delivery Partner Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage driver partner quality by providing guidance and education via phone and email to ensure compliance with platform terms.
• Maintain platform integrity by investigating rule violations and implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Drive brand awareness by promoting and maximizing the placement of brand stickers on driver vehicles.
• Build and activate the driver community by collecting feedback and executing initiatives to improve service and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in interpersonal negotiation, management, customer service, or sales.
• High level of communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly while empathizing with others.
• Ability to handle conflict and implement corrective actions objectively and calmly.
• Resilience and a proactive mindset when facing tough negotiations or fast-paced changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry, specifically in fleet or driver management.
• Experience working in a startup or a foreign-capital company.
• English proficiency for knowledge sharing with global offices.
• Background in customer support or customer success roles.
