Delivery Partner Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B new business development by identifying and acquiring small to medium-sized logistics companies to join the Lalamove platform.
• Provide management consulting to partners, proposing schemes to monetize idle vehicles and maximize their revenue.
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategic approaches to improve acquisition efficiency within the logistics industry.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic alliances to maximize driver utilization and vehicle activity.
• Support the onboarding process by providing operational training and app instruction to new delivery partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B new business development, with a proven track record of direct sales to decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation skills and high levels of grit to navigate difficult sales environments and rejections.
• High adaptability to logistics field environments and the ability to communicate effectively with industry professionals.
• Ability to balance "on-the-ground" relationship building with logical, data-driven thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of logistics or transportation (e.g., dispatch management, fleet operations).
• Experience selling intangible products such as SaaS, recruitment services, or M&A.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• English proficiency for knowledge sharing with global teams.
