Responsibilities

• Oversee Step Van distribution to end customers and stripped-chassis deliveries to upfitters
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to ensure accurate Step Van and Chassis priorities
• Generate weekly reports comparing planned vs. actual shipments
• Align pilot rework activities, ensuring parts availability and quality documentation
• Oversee inventory control for Service Parts allocation
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered in accordance with customer specifications and documentation requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail for document control
• Authorized to work in the US or eligible for J-1/F-1 visa

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in automotive industry
• Understanding of medium duty commercial trucks
• Interest in vehicle electrification
