Delivery Operations Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Validate billing information against contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and corrections
• Coordinate with operations teams to verify service delivery and project completion
• Reconcile billing records and customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and disputes
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and account information within ERP and CRM systems
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to billing
• Prepare regular billing, revenue, and operational reports to identify trends and process improvements

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, operations, finance, or accounting
• Experience working with ERP, billing, or accounting systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with billing in service-based or professional services environments
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday
• Familiarity with contract review and revenue-related processes
