Delivery Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Assist CDL Drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering products to customer locations
• Stock products on shelves and in coolers while maintaining appropriate rotation standards
• Manage backroom areas by organizing and consolidating backstock
• Pick up company property, returns, empty shelves, and pallets
• Provide superior customer service to consumers and store personnel
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record within company guidelines
• Access to a reliable vehicle and ability to transport a two-wheeled hand truck
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to push/pull material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) for at least 100 yards

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, or warehousing
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks

Benefits

• Compensation of $25.50 per hour
