Delivery Manager/Associate Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to deployment and value delivery
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary interface for clients regarding deliverables, status updates, and change management
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising software vendors, customers, and partners to ensure successful implementation
• Mitigate project risks and communicate deviations from the plan to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the product team to resolve bugs and implement enhancements during the design and deployment stages
• Provide knowledge transition and documentation for seamless handover to support services post go-live
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and improvement post-delivery

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience for Delivery Manager or 4-7 years for Associate Delivery Manager
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience specifically within supply chain projects
• Prince 2 or PMP certification is required
• Background in SCM, Retail, Analytics, or experience with ERP implementations
• Knowledge of planning practitioner frameworks
• Experience managing customers in EU or US markets (Asian markets are a plus)
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Asana, MPP, or JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with planning implementations
• Experience working with analytical tools like R
