Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and technical execution of services for assigned clients, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and scope commitments are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Client Services, Data, TechOps, and Engineering to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage project lifecycles, including intake, scoping, SOW delivery, onboarding, and campaign migrations.
• Track delivery milestones, risks, and resource burn rates, communicating project health to stakeholders.
• Oversee technical issue resolution, including triaging campaign errors, data issues, and technical bugs.
• Monitor resource allocation and delivery effort budgets to optimize client profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery, account operations, or technical project management within Martech, agency, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Solid understanding of Email Marketing Platforms (EMPs) like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and personalization scripting.
• Basic SQL skills for data handling and reporting.
• Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning and setup to QA and deployment.
• Strong understanding of email KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Deliverability) and A/B testing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
