About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client point of contact for Workday HCM Application Managed Services (AMS) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support.
- Lead day-to-day delivery of Workday application support services to ensure production stability and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee incident management, root-cause analysis, and prioritization of production issues while meeting service level agreements.
- Manage project plans, delivery timelines, budgets, and risks for ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements that improve system performance.
- Coach and oversee delivery team members while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
- 2+ years of AMS/O&M support experience specifically with Workday HCM.
- 1+ years of experience leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of Workday HCM.
- Active Workday HCM Certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, residing within commutable distance to designated Center or Geo-Hub locations.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client or project purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience providing Workday AMS/O&M services for government clients.
- Prior experience in management consulting.
