About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation journeys from post-sales to go-live
- Develop and execute project plans based on statements of work
- Manage project budgets up to $500k and oversee 5+ project resources
- Drive project timelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Assess technical and non-technical risks and create mitigation plans
- Deliver weekly status reports and lead stakeholder status calls
- Identify and assist in closing expansion opportunities in services and software
- Evangelize Workato’s GEARS Framework and delivery methodology
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years delivering professional services for a consulting firm or software company
- Experience managing project budgets up to $500k USD
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Agile delivery certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFE Agile)
- Experience managing enterprise-level commercial business accounts
- Ability to maintain C-level and VP-level relationships
- Experience with iPaaS or integration is preferred
