Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials
• Maintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction
• Apply and adapt Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
• Track and assess project performance while proactively identifying risks and improvement areas
• Drive clear and transparent stakeholder communication and manage expectations
• Monitor project health, including risks, sentiment, and financials
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Maintain accurate RAG/RAID tracking and provide visibility into project status

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or delivery management in tech, consulting, or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated people management experience including mentoring and coaching teams
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech consulting with exposure to diverse projects and clients
• Experience in a small agency or tech company environment
• Familiarity with foreign markets and international clients
• Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certifications (e.g., CSM, Prince2, AgilePM)
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
