Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and international defense stakeholders
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system demonstrations, including logistical planning, site preparation, and field execution
• Drive project execution and milestone tracking using Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate the transition of hardware and software from warehouse to field to ensure mission readiness
• Capture critical user feedback from field operations and translate it into actionable engineering requirements
• Prepare high-level documentation and reports for executive leadership and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical) or Business
• Professional experience using Jira and Confluence
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Native or C2 level proficiency in German
• C1 or C2 level proficiency in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance
