Delivery Manager – Spend/ERP

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for global payments and financial products.
• Translate business requirements and solution proposals into comprehensive project delivery plans and execution strategies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across onboarding, configuration, testing, and launch.
• Lead partner projects in collaboration with integration engineers and technical stakeholders to ensure architectural adherence.
• Coordinate internal approvals from legal, compliance, risk, and product teams to secure timely sign-off.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize solution requirements while balancing roadmap constraints.
• Apply disciplined project management practices, including risk management (RAID logs) and KPI tracking.
• Communicate clear metrics such as time-to-go-live and launch quality to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery Management or Project Management, specifically managing complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in high-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale partner integrations in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (e.g., card schemes, payment gateways).
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and familiarity with common web/API concepts.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within a broader account team.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments using pragmatic decision-making.
