Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale IT programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee multiple IT projects by defining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Contribute to business strategy by analyzing market trends and aligning product goals with company objectives.
• Work closely with technical architects, engineers, and developers to implement effective solutions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and leadership, to ensure transparent communication.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Program, Project, People, or Product Management within an IT services environment.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software development, e-Commerce, and enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies (PMP, SAFe, or CSM certifications preferred).
• Experience working with Retail customers.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to influence and drive organizational change.
