Delivery Manager - Order Preparation Service

Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize the team to achieve common objectives
• Communicate warehouse evolutions and promote improved working methods
• Participate in scheduling and one-to-one communication rituals
• Drive activity and performance by managing priorities and ensuring customer service quality
• Optimize delivery truck usage to develop revenue and profitability
• Analyze and implement action plans to improve KPIs and service rates
• Promote omnichannel offers and products to drive customer purchasing

Requirements

• Significant management experience, ideally in distribution or service sectors
• Manager-coach posture with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to act as a relay for the teams
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a stimulating commercial environment
