Responsibilities
- Manage and mobilize the team to achieve common objectives
- Communicate warehouse evolutions and promote improved working methods
- Participate in scheduling and one-to-one communication rituals
- Drive activity and performance by managing priorities and ensuring customer service quality
- Optimize delivery truck usage to develop revenue and profitability
- Analyze and implement action plans to improve KPIs and service rates
- Promote omnichannel offers and products to drive customer purchasing
Requirements
- Significant management experience, ideally in distribution or service sectors
- Manager-coach posture with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to act as a relay for the teams
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a stimulating commercial environment
