Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional Supply Chain and Sales functions to prioritize Sales Orders and manage material allocation.
• Attend operations planning meetings to align manufacturing, factory scheduling, supply planning, and logistics to ensure on-time shipping.
• Analyze and identify risks to customer order shipments and collaborate with supply chain teams to mitigate risks.
• Develop and drive planning for material allocation decisions.
• Develop and publish detailed status reports to key stakeholders and lead weekly review meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPI goals regarding delinquent backlog, delivery, inventory, and cost.
• Align with supply chain and sales operations teams to provide accurate revenue and inventory forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, or Demand Planning.
• Proficiency with G-suite applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Elgin, IL manufacturing facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle R12 ERP systems.
• APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP).
