Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and implement new processes
• Develop a highly effective leadership team through clear goal setting and delegation
• Foster collaboration between Inbound Logistics, FC Operations, and regional driver Hubs
• Analyze data to prepare performance reports and conduct root cause analysis
• Build professional relationships with direct reports and site HR Business Partners

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal, team building, and people management skills
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM certifications
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or distribution
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or fulfillment centers
