Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize the team to achieve common objectives
• Communicate warehouse and company evolutions and promote improved working methods
• Participate in scheduling and one-to-one/collective communication rituals
• Drive activity and performance by communicating the target vision and managing priorities
• Optimize delivery truck usage to develop revenue and profitability
• Analyze and implement solutions to improve client service rates and KPIs
• Promote omnichannel offers, products, and services to drive customer purchasing
• Identify client needs to ensure a high-quality shopping experience

Requirements

• Significant experience in management, ideally in distribution or service sectors
• Manager-coach posture with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to act as a relay for the teams
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a stimulating commercial environment
